Inca 2.3 release now available

Dear Inca Users,

We are pleased to announce that the Inca 2.3 release is now available from the Inca Web site:

http://inca.sdsc.edu

This release includes an important update to the reporter managers for Daylight Savings Time (DST). If you are unable to update your Inca installation in time for DST, we recommend that you stop your reporter managers during the hour time changes.

Additional features of the 2.3 release include customizable notifiers, ability to generate summary reports for groups of reporter series, and increased reporter error message size (from 256 to 4000 characters). For a complete list of changes, please view our ChangeLog at:
